Buoux’ Sandstone

sport – nature – voyage

Ahh, Buoux, its sandstone limestone, overhanging walls, mild climate and all-round bi-fingers, we miss you already (well, we’re going back this weekend,

It should be fine, impatient as we are!) 🧗‍♀️☀️

But Buoux is also THE symbol of modern free climbing, which has convinced many. It was on this mythical site that Patrick Edlinger conquered

several of his solos

(cc. the pilier des fourmis (7a) in La vie au bout des doigts) ♥️

For our part, it was a completely different 7a that won us over this time (but just as irresistible): the incredible bow and major route of the site, the Rose des Sables,

equipped by Antoine Le Menestrel in the 80s ✨

In short, sun, friends, a spectacular site, pizzas and 3 liters of tea, we’re already looking forward to the next session!

All we need now is a comforter to go with us 🐶
